CNA

Novell Certified Network Administrators (CNAs) provide companies direct support for software users in various work environments including professional offices and small businesses, work groups or departments, and corporate information services.

CCDA

Cisco Certified Design Associates (CCDAs) design simple routed LAN, routed WAN and switched LAN networks with fewer than 100 nodes that utilize Cisco routers and switches.

CCNA

Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNAs) install, configure, and operate LAN, WAN, and dial access services for small networks (100 nodes or fewer), including but not limited to use of these protocols: IP, IGRP, IPX, Serial, AppleTalk, Frame Relay, IP RIP, VLANs, RIP, Ethernet, Access Lists, using Cisco routers and switches.

CCDP

Cisco Certified Design Professionals (CCDPs) design complex routed LAN, routed WAN and switched LAN networks of 100 to more than 500 nodes that utilize Cisco routers and switches.

CCNP

Cisco Certified Network Professionals (CCNPs) install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Dial Access Services that utilize Cisco routers and switches, for organizations with networks from 100 to more than 500 nodes.

CIPTOS

Cisco IP Telephony Operations Specialists (CIPTOSs) design and install Cisco IP telephony solutions.

CIPTSS

Cisco IP Telephony Support Specialists (CIPTSSs) plan, implement, and support Cisco advanced IP telephony network solutions. The focus is on implementing and supporting Cisco data and voice integration solutions over Frame Relay, ATM and IP.

CISSP

As the first credential accredited by ANSI to ISO Standard 17024:2003 in the field of information security, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) certification provides information security professionals with not only an objective measure of competence but a globally recognized standard of achievement. The CISSP credential demonstrates competence in the 10 domains of the (ISC)˛ CISSP® CBK®.

CSS

Cisco Security Specialists (CSSs) design, install and support Cisco security solutions.

CUSE

Cisco Unity Systems Engineer (CUSEs) provide companies direct support for software users in various work environments including professional offices and small businesses, work groups or departments, and corporate information services.

CCA

Citrix Certified Administrators (CCAs) work with Citrix application server software like MetaFrame XP, MetaFrame or Microsoft WinFrame products.

CompTIA A+

Those holding the A+ certification have a broad base of knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies including installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.

CompTIA Network+

The Network+ certification validates technical competency in networking administration and support. Those holding Network+ certification demonstrate critical knowledge of media and topologies, protocols and standards, network implementation and network support.

WCSP

WatchGuard Certified Systems Professionals (WCSPs) install, configure, manage, and monitor a WatchGuard firewall solution.

WCSSE

WatchGuard Certified Server Security Expert (WCSSEs) are experts in the design, installation and configuration of WatchGuard Server Security products. They know how to effectively protect and defend servers from attack and destruction and are comfortable doing so in either a Windows or Solaris environment.
